John Bolton

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

John is the driving force behind Unfiltered Media Group. He oversees everything from high-level strategy to ground-level execution across sales, e-commerce, marketing, audience development, social media, distribution and fulfillment, and finance. With more than 20 years in media, his experience spans from co-founding an independent publisher to serving as SVP/Group Publisher for a $90M+ division of a $250M media conglomerate.

Jamie Bogner

Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer

Jamie shapes the creative and editorial vision of the company. As Editorial and Creative Director for Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine®, he works with writers, editors, photographers, and other creatives to deliver outstanding content. His career includes roles as Art Director, Editorial Director, VP of Content, and VP/Group Publisher, balancing both creative and financial responsibilities.

Haydn Strauss

Chief Operating Officer

Haydn joined Unfiltered through the acquisition of Hops, a beer discovery app that used machine learning to personalize recommendations. Today, he drives revenue growth with a focus on digital channels. With expertise in software development, marketing strategy, system architecture, branding, and design, Haydn brings a unique blend of tech and business skills. He lives in Denver with his wife and two children.

Kristi joined the team in 2020, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial strategy for small and medium-sized businesses. Her specialties include mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, financial reporting, and both short- and long-term strategic planning.
