If you’ve been with us from the start, you will know that our journey as a business has been quite an interesting & eye-opening one!

We started as LiveCoco-with the “Coco” referring to the glorious coconut. We loved promoting the benefits of coconuts via our product range but slowly we became aware of the negative impact we were having on the environment due to the way we used to operate. We experienced our own internal struggle and very soon found it impossible to justify still selling single use plastics.

We’ve since re-branded & re-focused. The “Coco” means “Conscious Consumer”.

This is a direct representation of how we are trying to change our lives ourselves. We now take responsibility for any waste we produce & of course we try to minimise as waste as much as possible. This is something we weren’t doing before because we simply did not have the awareness. We are now trying to make up for it & we ask for your support in this too.

We’ve been obsessed with educating ourselves on the matter as well as ensuring that our products and packaging are either 100% recyclable or compostable.

As part of our research, we found out that only 9% of plastic waste is recycled…so 91% ends up in landfills and our oceans (possibly in a whale’s stomach or choking a turtle!). Naturally, we found this absolutely shocking. Therefore, we decided that we had to know that at the very least, our products did not contribute to this 91% of non-recycled plastic.

In order to guarantee that our products are actually recycled, we’ve created our own closed-loop recycling system. So, our used products & packaging can be sent back to us for recycling. We understand that this is not the perfect solution but to be honest, it is better than nothing. We are not stopping at this solution however, we are always working on ways to make our products and operations more eco-friendly so please bear with us; but as usual, please do email us with our suggestions. Our greatest teachers have always been our customers since we started and we believe that with you is where the greatest knowledge lies.

We will now broaden our range to products for the Conscious Consumer. We have so much for you in the pipeline, so watch this space!

A: Usually, LiveCoco doesn’t limit the number of items customers have to buy to enjoy discounts. However, they will lay down conditions on the value of your order to be eligible for applying discount codes of LiveCoco.
Q: Can a LiveCoco coupon code be added later if I forget to apply it at checkout?
A: No, it can’t. If you forget to apply a LiveCoco coupon code at checkout, you cannot do it later. The only way not to miss it is to redeem it to another order.
Q: What conditions are required to get free shipping for LiveCoco order?
A: The condition for getting LiveCoco free shipping is described on the offer description. If the value of your order is at least equal to the required value, you can enjoy free shipping.
Q: Can I give my LiveCoco exclusive code to someone else?
A: If LiveCoco requires you to provide email at checkout to use the exclusive code, you cannot give it to another. Check how many orders the coupon code can be applied and plan to save.
